The Fellowes TB450 is a high capacity thermal binding machine that is ideal for regular use in a small office or general office setting. The Fellowes Model TB 450 is designed to quickly and easily bind up to 700 sheets of paper in a single step! The TB-450 features three different pre-set binding cycles that are 30, 45 or 60 seconds in length.

This allows you to choose different durations for different spine widths, multiple documents or for hard cover cases. All you need to do is turn the Fellowes TB450 on and wait 3-minutes for the machine to heat-up. A green light indicates when the TB-450 is ready to use and the heat cycle begins once the document is loaded.

When your document has been heated a ready-beep will sound to tell you that the binding cycle is complete. Every TB 450 includes an adjustable cooling rack, internal clamps to hold documents in place during binding process and a binding starter pack to help you get started. It even has a magnifier to help you select the correct cover spine width and heat cycle at a glance.

The TB450 has incredible binding capacity. It can process documents that are up to two inches thick and contain 700 pages or less. Depending on the thickness of your documents, it’s possible to bind more than one at a time.

This machine has a very short warm-up time: it will be ready to go in three minutes. When the machine is ready for use, you’ll hear a beep. A light will also go on.

When the device hasn’t been used for an hour it will automatically shut off. This not only conserves power, it means the machine is less likely to overheat and end up with a damaged motor.
